In the unlikely event that any product you have purchased is faulty or wrong, you can return it. To be considered for a replacement, the commodity must be returned in resalable and unused condition to Upulni Express. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or free items, within 7 days of delivery.
These categories cannot be returned:
- If used or not, it must be in the same shape and packaging as when you got it.
- Innerwear, lingerie, beauty goods, perfumes/deodorants, pants, sneakers, and wardrobe freebies, grocery & gourmet, jewelry, and pet supplies, to name a few.
- Things that have been used or installed.
- Products that have been tampered with or have serial codes that are lost.
- Products that lack logos or attachments.
- Digital items.
Important NotesIf you got a damaged or wrong object, we can ask you to send us pictures or a video along with the order number. We will provide you with instructions about how to upload photos and videos.
If you got a damaged object, you must notify us within one day of delivery.
Please ensure that all returned goods are safely packaged to avoid failure or injury during transit.
Refund PolicyWe will give you an email after your return has been processed and reviewed to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If it is approved, the refund will be processed and the balance credited to your account within a specified number of days, depending on the amount.
Items that are part of a deal or offer cannot be refunded unless they are damaged
Return and Refund policies for countries where customs charges are excludedIn the unfortunate event that the consignee acquired a faulty, incomplete, or incorrect product, the product could be returned. Upulni Express must receive the product in resalable and unused condition. For certain nations, refunds will only be processed for the product price and postage costs if the product were lost, faulty, or the incorrect product was ordered and customs fees were not charged at the time of purchase. In terms of customs fees, you must exchange the customs fee receipt through the connection given, and the fees will be refunded to your Upulni Express account. The consignee is responsible for paying customs costs, arranging necessary paperwork, and clearing the shipment by customs.
